Step 4 – Create a Command Center
No…I am not talking about one of these…
A family command center should be the place that everyone checks first when they are unsure of daily schedules and to do lists. I am talking about a space where you put your calendar, schedule, to do list, and anything else you need to remember and is easily accessible.
Here is a really detailed command center from Achieving Creative Order
Here is a one that I really like from See Vanessa Craft …I just love yellow!!!
And here is a simple one from Clean & Scentsible
Some things to include in your command center are:
- Dry erase board
- Magnetic board
- Cork Board
- Push Pens
- Container for pens and dry erase
- Post its
- Grocery lists
- Honey Do list
- To Do list
Mine is on the side of my refrigerator…
It is pretty simple, but it gets the job done!!! I think it might be time for a renovation!
Share some pictures of your command centers when you get done!
