Hello there, I am Amanda but my family calls me Mandy. I am first and most importantly, a blessed child of God. I strive to spend my days doing my very best to please Him in all that I do. I am in no way perfect and the more you read the more you will realize this little fact. I am a mother of 2, wife of one, sister of 4, and a friend to many 🙂 I am an elderly college student hoping to graduate before I have grandkids! My husband, Tony and I reside in the great state of Texas with our two teenagers Bayley and Paige that are growing entirely too fast. I am co-owner of an event florist company called Whoopsie Daisy and I also work full-time. I thoroughly enjoy life and try to live it to the fullest. Every hour of every day is put to use in my hectic life. I am a housekeeper, taxi cab driver, laundromat, sport spectator, dance mom, boo boo kisser, support system, teen love doctor, gardener, domestic finacial manager, hair braider & a cook (sometimes) on top of working and going to school full time. I am also blessed to have the opportunity to teach a bible class to pre-teen and teenage girls at our church. I love the arts all the way from simple crafts to performing arts, even though I have no talent what so ever in the performing arts field. I am fickle and eclectic so hang on for a bumpy ride. In my spare time (if I ever have any), I love watching old movies (Paul Newman-hubba hubba) riding bikes with my hubbie (don’t tell him about Paul Newman), playing with my very spoiled Yorkie, Scout, redecorating my house, or at least thinking about it, bible journaling, and drinking coffee…I LOVE COFFEE!!! I love my family and I love my Jesus!!!
Hey there! I’m Samantha Jo but you can call me Queen SJB. No one else does, but you could start a trend. I’m the middle of the three Berry girls, and clearly the biggest hot mess. I live in Houston where I spend the majority of my time screaming in traffic and complaining about the humidity. The rest of the time I’m educating high school journalists. I’m generally over-caffeinated and can almost always be found with a book in my bag. I’m single and tumbling my way through the dating world (Tinder, amiright?!) one awful haircut and cargo pant at a time. Despite my foul language, I do really love my Lord and Savior. Teaching is more than a job – it’s my ministry. In my free time, I’m usually on Pinterest, reading or brunching. xoxo
